I don’t hate my life. I just hate my brain and my thoughts for holding me back from living it the way I want to.

  1. I know how you feel, I have been down that path. What I found that works is finding someone to talk to. Alot of how we think goes back to perception, how we percieve the way things are communicated. If you don’t mind me asking, what has you thinking this way?

      1. I hear you, honestly you are not alone…. Everybody doesn’t matter who there are encounters this sometimes in there life. Good news it’s not the end of the world, and we can get through this…..First of all meditation might be an option for you. Clearing your mind is highly recommended. What are you over thinking? You got this, one step at a time, take your time no need to over think.
